MyEarnings ("the App") is an offline income and expense tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how that information is stored and used.

1. Information We Collect

MyEarnings does not collect or transmit personal information to the developer or to external servers.

The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as:

• Phone number
• Postal address
• Account credentials

• Payment card information

2. Financial Information Entered by the User

MyEarnings allows users to record financial information for their own personal tracking purposes.

This may include:

• Income source
• Amount earned
• Amount spent
• Automatically calculated savings
• Optional reference notes

For example, a user may record an income source such as sales work, cooking, hairdressing, landscaping, or another source of income.

Users may also enter notes describing how money was spent.

This information may constitute financial or sensitive personal information. However, MyEarnings does not transmit this information to the developer, external servers, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

3. Local Data Storage

Information entered into MyEarnings is stored locally on the user's device.

The App does not:

• Upload financial records to a server
• Synchronize data with the cloud
• Share financial records with third parties
• Provide the developer with remote access to financial records
• Sell or use user-entered financial information for advertising or marketing

4. Data Deletion

Users can delete their records using the deletion functionality provided within the App.

Because MyEarnings does not maintain a remote account or server-side database containing user records, there is no developer-controlled account database from which user financial records must be deleted.

Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored application data from the device. Users should understand that uninstalling an application does not necessarily guarantee deletion of data that may have been included in device backups or other device-level systems outside the control of MyEarnings.

MyEarnings does not intentionally integrate advertising networks, analytics services, tracking services, or third-party services that collect or transmit the financial information entered into the App.

If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.

6. Data Security

MyEarnings is designed to keep user-entered financial information on the user's device rather than transmitting it to external servers.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device. We recommend protecting the device with appropriate security measures such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or other available device security features.

7. Children's Privacy

MyEarnings is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require an account and does not transmit user-entered financial records to the developer, it does not maintain a server-side database of children's personal information.

Users maintain control over the information they enter into the App.

Users can:

• Add income records
• Add expense information
• Edit records
• Delete records
• Remove locally stored application data by uninstalling the App, subject to the device and operating system's data and backup behavior

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or its data practices.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
